Julie Hamilton, Principal
Julie Hamilton started Greenhills Legal after more than 15 years’ experience working at major law firms in Sydney including one of Australia’s leading law firms Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons).
Julie specialises in real estate development with a particular focus on structuring the title, management and operational basis for complex single and multi-staged freehold and leasehold developments. She has extensive experience acting for publicly listed developers, private developers and government bodies in all scales of development from 2 lot subdivisions through to complex mixed use developments in excess of 1,500 lots. She has been involved in some of the most recognisable and iconic developments in Sydney and NSW.
Julie has the experience and expertise to handle all stages of your property transaction. She is highly organised, client focused and will keep you informed throughout the whole transaction.
Julie is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW, a member of the Law Society of NSW and Australian College of Strata Lawyers (ACSL) and is covered by professional indemnity insurance. She regularly attends seminars which relate to her areas of practice.
